Best Makeup Purchase EVER!
As a previously admitted cosmetics junkie, it is difficult for me to really get excited about any of my make-up purchases. I've tried lipstick that claimed to make my lips softer and stay on "for hours", I've bought all six of the "eye products" necessary to apparently achieve a particular look which I've never been able to duplicate, but this is by far the best makeup purchase I have ever made.
I had never encountered this brand before (amazingly), but I wanted to try a new liquid foundation and there was the Tarte Cosmetics @tartecosmetics display at my favorite Sephora store in San Francisco. The tester they had out just happed to be my exact color, it wasn't too expensive and amazingly Natural AND Eco-Friendly!! So why not?
Now I can't tell you how many times I've made "impulse" makeup purchases (which is why I love Sephora) and been disappointed, so I wasn't expecting great things, just some new make-up that I knew at least matched my skin tone exactly. But this foundation far surpassed even my very high expectations! It has incredible coverage, always looks natural and never heavy and actually does help with the look of "fine lines". I was amazed... My co-workers all commented on how great my skin looked the next day and a couple of them even went out and bought it for themselves!
To everyone at Tarte Cosmetics, Wow! and thank you for coming up with a new cosmetic idea that not only looks fantastic, but is good for my skin!
