Drawing from 15 years of experience in fitness and nutrition coaching, I repeatedly noticed a common theme: many clients struggled to reach their goals. Whether they aimed to lose weight or build muscle, they almost always ended up back at square one, feeling both defeated and disheartened. This inspired me to pivot towards holistic personal coaching. Rather than just treating symptoms, I now focus on uncovering and addressing the root causes behind these barriers. With insights from both personal and professional experiences, I’ve really gotten to the bottom of what it takes to make change stick on multiple levels. And honestly, this ground-up approach is the only way to go.
As a ‘recovering perfectionist’ and ‘distraction artist’, I recognize the temptation to seek external solutions for internal issues. Often, when clients come to me about their diet, they think it’s the primary problem, but it usually points to deeper issues. It’s not just about what you’re eating; it’s about what’s eating you. Doing the same thing over and over again, expecting different results does not work. Let’s do it differently this time. I’m committed to helping you create significant and lasting change through a thoughtful, personalized process.
