Hi, I’m Tracy Sutton, your Personal Coach and cheat sheet to a happier life!
You have two choices as you move through life: revolve or evolve.

All of our best and worst memories stem from relationships including the one you have with food. This undeniable truth is what makes me deeply passionate about helping people have a better relationship with themselves and others. It all begins with self-awareness, which I consider to be one of our greatest superpowers. Tapping into self-awareness immediately empowers you to take ownership of how you may be playing a role in the upset, dissatisfaction and disappointment you feel in life. I have developed a process that will help you get curious about any limiting thoughts or beliefs that could be holding you back from the life you want for yourself. Together, we explore the story you get to write versus the one you believe is being written for you. As your personal coach, my role is to empower you and help you navigate this new way of being and living so that you can experience a happier, fuller life. Oftentimes, the change my clients want to see in their life involves coaching around nutrition, emotional well-being, relationships and living life on life’s terms.

I’m a Personal Coach
and I am here to help you…
Give yourself kudos for making YOU a priority and exploring what could be of help to you. In your search, I’d like you to remember that, at any given moment, we are all either resisting or accepting, leaning into or running from, confronting or hiding. One allows you to survive and the other gives you opportunities to thrive.
Whether you are experiencing difficulty with food, relationships, self-sabotage or creating healthy habits, my highest goal is to help you rise above the noise and equip you with the necessary tools to create sustainable change. Perhaps you struggle with structure and accountability, or the most frustrating of them all, indecision and self-defeating behaviors. As a coach who takes a holistic approach, I offer support and practical feedback that will lead to better relationships with both yourself and others.
Regardless of what your inner critic has to say about things, you do have a choice (it’s YOU that is listening to that voice). I am committed to helping you know yourself better, understand others more and respond from a place of choice rather than reaction or habit.

“In the time that I have worked with Tracy, I have been able to build up the courage to make a career change, create healthy eating habits and learn how to be more mindful of how to interact with others on a daily basis.”

Partnering with a Personal Coach means:

Embrace the support and direction that will take you down a path of real change. Lean into a process that gives you the tools to know a new personal freedom and happiness.

Gain insight and clarity around your thoughts, behaviors and decisions. Look at what motivates you at your core and, therefore, informs everything you believe and do in life.

Experience empowering shifts in perspective that lead you to take action in a new way, ultimately changing the trajectory of your life. Continue to uncover, discover and transform.
It’s time to start asking yourself why this is happening for you instead of to you.
In every challenge, there is a growth opportunity.
As a Personal Coach, there’s one thing I know for sure:
Sometimes you get what you need before you get what you want…
After being a fitness and nutrition coach for over a decade, I realized that most of my clients were standing in the way of achieving their goals. This was the main motivation for me to turn my attention towards “wholistic” personal coaching. Coming from this background has given me a much deeper understanding of what it looks like and feels like to integrate change at multiple levels.
As a “recovering perfectionist” and “distraction artist”, I know all too well how alluring it is to focus on an external solution to an internal problem. For example, when clients seek my help with nutrition, they often think it’s the problem when really it’s a symptom of a weightier issue. Sometimes it’s not what you’re eating; it’s what’s eating you. And how many times have we all done the same thing over and over again expecting different results? Too many to count. I am committed to helping you create the greatest amount of change in the shortest amount of time.
