Hi, I’m Tracy!
I’m an Intuitive Wellness Coach here to help you build a more nurturing, empowering relationship with yourself.
If there’s one word that captures how I work—both as a coach and a human—it’s root. I love getting to the heart of things: thoughts, behaviors, emotions, patterns, stories. That kind of uncovering is what makes me feel most alive.
Often, the ways we cope—the habits we repeat without even thinking (my go-to? Whatever dessert didn’t ask questions)—are mirrors. They reflect the parts of us most in need of care and attention.
When we realize that, it can become the starting point for deep healing and meaningful change.
If any of that resonates, I invite you to read my story below. You’re not alone on this path.

My Journey…

When I was eight years old, I experienced an unexpected and tragic loss when my father died. I spent most of my youth quietly feeling abandoned, alone and overwhelmed by my feelings. It was all a lot to manage, so I just kind of internally withdrew.
To feel safe, I began living on rigid, inflexible terms with myself and others. But I hadn’t yet grasped that no amount of control, manipulation or management of self or others could bring true inner peace.
The Turning Point
By my late 20s, everything I’d pushed down, avoided, and resisted started to surface. I had no healthy coping mechanisms to speak of. Like most of us in pain, I sought external solutions to internal problems. Geographic moves, binge eating, over-exercising, dating apps—they gave me temporary relief at best.
Through numerous “growth” opportunities—failed relationships, self-development workshops, therapy, books, etc.—it became clear: I had constructed my own self-imposed prison.
A New Way Of Living and Being
To find real freedom, I had to stop focusing only on the behaviors and start looking beneath them. I had to explore the root of my limiting beliefs, the inner critic, and the voices that kept pushing me to be better, do more, and never let up. What I uncovered was this: there was a split—between who I thought I had to be and the part of me I’d silenced to stay connected and feel accepted. That split was at the heart of what was driving me to push, strive, and override my true needs.
I began to accept that finding my way back to myself meant sitting with discomfort, not avoiding it—and doing that again and again. And that self-compassion wasn’t soft or indulgent—it was the key. Building a kind, honest relationship with myself became non-negotiable. Every thought, word and action reflects whether I’m aligned with my true self or still operating from the part that learned to protect, please or perform.

What This All Means For you
I’m grateful for the moment I finally stopped running from myself. The best way I know to honor that turning point is by helping others do the same.
My mission is to walk alongside you as you untangle the patterns that no longer serve you and build a more honest, connected relationship with yourself. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in the way—so you can clear the path to feeling good in your own skin, experiencing deeper relationships, and living in alignment with your true self.
If something in you had the courage to land here, honor that nudge. Whether it’s with me or another guide, trust that call for something more.
